oscar. nem gondoltam volna, hogy az akadémia az elmúlt években indított mtv-generációs programja odáig fajul, hogy keira knightley is beférhet a legjobb ötbe (s ezzel kiszorítja a saját külön bejáratú kedvencemet, maria bellot-t, grr), de ha eminem oscart kaphat, akkor bármi lehetséges... jó, oké, a pride&prejudice-t még nem láttam, nyugodtan húzd rám a cím második (és ha már itt vagy, akkor az első) felét is, megnézem majd, ígérem, és majd még hangosabban fikkantom keirát. vagy nem. viszont fejemen pörgök örömömben, hogy terrence howard is bejutott a jelöltek közé, igazán klassz lenne, ha heath ledger és philip seymour hoffman megosztaná a jelöléseket (mint anno daniel day-lewis és nicolas cage), és terrnce futhatna haza a - mélyen megérdemelt - szoborral (mint anno adrien brody). hogy a capote kiszorította a legjobb filmek közül a konstans kertészt, tán egy kicsit meglepő, de egyáltalán nem bánom: lehet, hogy az akadémia tagjai is hányingert kaptak merielles filmezési technikájától, vagy csak szimplán bealudtak a filmen. hogy william hurt teljesen felesleges és csúnyán túljátszott (nem érted, ae, ez volt benne a pojjén!) vendégszereplése mit keres a legjobb mellékalakok között, az rendkívül fura, viszont a munich jelölésein annyira már nem csodálkozom: a film valszeg üres kézzel megy haza, de nem érheti szó a ház elejét, hisz öt socarra is címezték, szóval senki sem mondhatja az akadémiáról, hogy azért mellőzték, mert rossz színben tűnteti fel a zsidókat (vagy mert nem ért oda időben a dvdscreener, mint rossz nyelvek szerint a baftára). végezetül még annyit, hogy a földön fetrengenék a röhögéstől, ha március 5-én éjjel elhangzana a következő mondat: "és az oscart kapja a nehéz az élete a stricinek című dal".
